- Users should be able to create accounts on the Job Portal as either job seekers or employers, with robust authentication mechanisms in place to ensure the security of their data, making it a trusted Digital Employment Portal.
- Profile Management
- Job seekers and employers should have the ability to create, manage, and update their profiles on the Job Portal. Job seekers should be able to upload, edit, and update resumes and cover letters, while employers should have the capability to develop and maintain detailed company profiles on the Recruitment Portal.
- Advanced Job & Candidate Search
- The Job Platform should feature an advanced search functionality with filters such as location, industry, and job type. - Admin Panel : Implemented admin panel to efficiently handle company-related tasks, including managing users, settings, roles, and payments on the Government Job Platform.
- Front End Development : The Job Portal front end has been built using React, significantly enhancing user interaction and overall experience.
- Data Management : Utilized OOTB entities to efficiently store and manage data for users, teams, and categories on the Recruitment Portal.
